This Guide contains general recommendations, describes the applicable policies and answers the frequently asked questions about the administration and operation of the courts. The Guide is a reference book for presidents of courts and heads of court secretariats and does not substitute for any law, regulation or instruction governing the issues outlined in the Guide.
The Guide to Effective Court Administration was developed first in 2015 by the USAID ROLISP Program Team. The current edition of the Guide was updated and adapted to the latest legislative changes in 2018 by the USAID Open Justice Program.
The Guide is available only in Romanian.
